As far as I know you cannot generate these test patterns from SmartRF Studio. Try to load the HostTest project for Launch Pad and use BTool instead:

It includes links to the SW tools you'll need and step-by-step instructions. It uses a CC2640 LaunchPad as the example platform, but the process is the same for the CC2650.

We flashed in the Launchpad CC2650 the host test file; The device is well identified by the device manager.

But when we start BTOOL by respecting the serial port setting defined in the TI documentation (CC2640R2) and the right COM Port seen in the device manager, we see the following message error: "Device Reset Timeout, device may not function Properly"

Sorry for the delayed response. Can you confirm that you're using the latest SDK (ble_sdk_2_02_05_02)? And that you selected the host test example from the "cc2650lp" folder?

Have you tried power cycling / resetting the board and closing/reopening BTool?

Hello Alexis, it a bit better now, we flashed the right file : C:/TI/simplelink/ble_sdk_2_02_05_02/examples/hex/cc2650lp_host_test_rel.hex in the  CC2650LP. We used the SDK ble_sdk_2_02_05_02. i read the documentation of the BTOOL

There's no information how to use the Adv commands in this documentation of the BTOOL

But i don't find the HCI_EXT_EnhancedModemHopTestTxCmd with the BTOOL V1.41.11 (see the screenshot below).

Where do you define the payloadType LL_DIRECT_TEST_PAYLOAD_PRBS9 ?

please my request below, please keep in mind that I need to perform RF Test in non signaling mode (no device attached). For the moment with BTool i saw like a advertiser mode.

This better now. i can program the device now but i saw only a continuous wave with modulation. What HCI command should I send to see a bursted emission signal ?

I recopy the connexion parameters used with BTool in Putty? but it doesn't work.

So there isn't a command line interface with BTool, but I think I figured out how to send the payload you're looking for. 

It should be in the HCI category of the advanced commands:

I think you may also find SWRA601 useful.
