7674.CC2430_Data_Sheet_rev1p03.pdf
Hi all,
I need to know what's the differential impedance of RF ports in CC2430.
I've found two datasheets from TI's web:
First, REV 1.03, says 115+j180 ohms. (page 15).
Second, REV 2.1, says 60+j164 ohms (page 14).
What is the correct?
It's possible that exists any version of CC2430 with these two impedances? It exists any chip ID or manufacturing date, etc. to know what's the impedance?
My initial impedance was 115+j180, and I did the simulations and prototypes with this impedance. Now I've make 4 prototypes, and only one works ok. I think this is because only one has 115+j180 impedance, and the rest have 60+j164 ohms. I've done more simulation with 60+j164 ohms and the matching is very different.
Now I'm trying to calculate new passives values of capacitors and inductors (not possible change the microstrip lines) for 60+j164 ohms. I've welded these new components and it seems they work, but not very good because microstrip lines was designed for 115+j180...
Can anybody help me please?
Thank you very much.
Joaquim.
