RF37S114: End of write/read

Hi Team,
I would like to know what would happen when the RF37S114HTFJB chip writes/reads over 100,000 write/reads (Basically end of write/reads life). Does the chip to communicating all together?
A customer chips fail after gamma sterilization and have no communication.
