TRF7962A: Data can not be read

Hi Experts.

    Our customer GREE uses our TRF7962a. when this chip reading tag data, it can be read normally in the most time. For a period of time, tag data can not be read. If the tag data is read, it goes to the upload machine, and if the tag data is not read, it returns a heartbeat packet. And for some time, there is only heartbeat packet. Could you pls help tell the reason and how we could solve the problem. Thank you.

    Hello Skylar,

    I would suggest to narrow down the issue by investigate for any changes in the setup, which correlate to the read problems. For example if there are metal parts near the antenna occasionally or other interfering tags or other magnetic fields in the 13.56 MHz rage etc. It could also help to analyze the return data in the FIFO for any error codes or check if the tag does not respond at all.
