Dear team

I have two Launchpads: the first is CC2650 and the second is CC1352P7-4. For the CC2560, I used CCS 7.4, and for the CC1352P7-4, I used CCS 12.

When I add the CCFG backdoor pin and all using SysConfig in CCS 12, it works without any issues. However, when I do the same thing in CCS 7.4 for CC2650 without SysConfig, I made changes in ccfg.c. But when I load the hex and then read the CCFG area using the XDS110 port, it shows empty data. However, when I read CC1352P7-4, it shows all configurations in the ccfg read file using the XDS110 port

so pleased guide me on this issue

Hi Vishal,

Which specific CC2650 example are you using, and from what SDK/software resource? Please specify the ccfg.c file location and make sure that your changes are actually being applied before the build. You should also detail your programming method and confirm that the CCFG area is included in the firmware image.

i used UARTecho and simple_peripheral_cc2650lp_app in ccs 7.4 i edit code as per required but when i import hex and bin used but no changes in ccfg

Hex images are readable by text editor and it should be relatively easy to locate the CCFG addresses at the end of the file. What specific changes to the CCFG are you attempting to make?

i do all changes as per ti required .when i load code using xds110 port under ccs 7.4 its show ccfg but when i get bin or hex file than load using flash pro. 3 or uniflash its show empty.

Please provide a hex and map file you have generated, and give a screenshot verifying how you are reading the CC2650 device memory CCFG area in Uniflash.

Thanks, this information shows that you are planning to OAD operations which had not been shared before. The CCFG is managed by the BIM project and thus will not appear in the application map file. Possibly you are loading the application file but neglecting the BIM hex image which contains the CCFG. This is why I requested additional information which has not been shared. You should reference simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_07_06\docs as it pertains to BIM and OAD for more information.
