When i try to program a TrxEB with USB, i get the error "Could not open specified HEX file"

Hi,
You need to use an MSP-FET programmer to program the MSP430. Select 'Program CCxxxx SoC or MSP430', then the MSP430 tab in Flash programmer.

Thanks for the reply. It would be great to have a better error message like "HEX file with invalid address area for destination MCU".

Yes, I agree the error message could have been more informative. However, there is not planned further development of this tool at this time.
