I checked further but our team will not be able to release the source code period.

An alternative option perhaps they can consider if they need to have control over the access point is to instead use the CC1310 LaunchPad: www.ti.com/.../LAUNCHXL-CC1310

This device does have support for 433MHz as well, so it seems that it would be possible for them to develop their own code using this? It looks like the CC1310 team has a lot of software resources available too so there may already be some source code for 433MHz available.

Thank you for your confirming.
I understood that TI could not provide this code even though customer sign with the NDA.
For CC1310, this device support the 433MHz, but this device cannot meet the Japan radio certification of ARIB STD-T67. So, we need to propose other device supporting this standard like CC1200.

Hi Kaka,

If the CC1200 would work for that then yes that seems fine as well. I don't have a deep depth of knowledge of the Sub-1GHz product families so I don't know which can pass the radio certifications needed. The CC1310 is just one of the newest devices hence why I highlighted it.
