CC2510DK-MINI: File not found in design note DN118?

Hello,

I am reading up on the CC2510DK-MINI kit .... 

I have installed the Simpliciti application , but I don't see the exe file to open it? see attachment below...

Also I am reading the DN118 design note:

www.ti.com/.../swra311.pdf

and on p.4 of 8 it says to copy the SRF04 folder, but it doesn't exist on the specified directory of my computer??

Also what do you mean by :

"Open the Polling with AP workspace" what does "AP" stand for???

you mention that we can program the part. I assume we can make our own programs in C code and download them in the part.... Is this correct?

Also, the quick start guide doesn't mention if we can use CCS to program C code in the part, but it only recommends IAR workbench to do this. 

Can I use CCS to program the part with my own C code without using IAR?
