Does anyone know the ESD specification of RF430FRL152H?
I only find ESD information for TRF7970a, thanks.

5.2 ESD Ratings
Human-body model (HBM), per ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001, all pins(1) ±2000 V
Charged-device model (CDM), per JEDEC specification JESD22-C101, all pins(2) ±500 V
Machine model (MM) ±200 V
Hello Jimmy,
In general from my experiences, we don't typically provide the specification for the Machine Model. I have rarely seen that specified across the devices I have supported which includes many ARM MCU's.
I will inquire about the Charged-device model (CDM) specification for the device and report back once I receive feedback on that.
Hello Jimmy,
Ralph is right, a Machine Model (MM) specification for the RF430FRL152H is not available.
The Charged-device model (CDM) was tested and the spec value is ±500V for all pins.
Best Regards,
