Our customer would like to confirm if the MRD2EVM is able to read Transponder P/N RF37S114HTFJB.

Hello Carl,

The MRD2EVM is LF (134.2kHz) micro-reader evaluation Kit and cannot read the RF37S114HTFJB which is a HF (13.56MHz) transponder device.

No, the MRD2EVM operates at 134kHz

The RF37S114HTFJB operates at 13.56MHz

You would need one of the EVMs discussed in this document to read the RF37S114HTFJB: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sloa246
