WILINK-BT_WIFI-WIRELESS_TOOLS: Does command Send_HCI_Set_AFH_Host_Channel_Classification support with Wilink 6?

I'm not sure we will be able to answer you on WL6 as it is NRND.  Let me ask internally to see if anyone knows the answer at least for WL8 perspective.

I am wandering if BT and BLE was enable in bts file. How to set this command HCI_Set_AFH_Host_Channel_Classification properly?

Is the channel table should follow BLE channel list??

Yes, both BT and BLE are enabled by default on WL8 devices. No specific commands from BTS file is necessary. 

Set_AFH_Host_Channel_Classification, is a BT SIG specification HCI command. So, you can issue it from host stack. For Bluez, you can use hcitool utlity and for BluetopiaPM stack, you can use ss1tool utility..
