I wonder if the issue you are experiencing could be due to some configuration issues. Could you please verify one more time that both the master and the slave are properly configured?
In the files you have provided, it seems that both the master and the slave are configured for 2 Mbps.

Thank you for your answer. Yes, only the 2Mbps or 5Mbps as difference. From the help file as follow described:
RF data rate
Specify which RF data rate to use, 5 Mbps (default) or 2 Mbps. Note that networks using different RF data rates are incompatible (invisible to each other). The setting must be identical for protocol master and protocol slaves to be compatible.
In most cases the default 5 Mbps data rate should be used. Using the 2 Mbps data rate increases sensitivity (and thereby theoretical range) at the expence of throughput capacity and number of tries per audio slice, and is only recommended for networks with:
