RF430CL330H: Minimum clearance between the edge of antenna loop and the ground plane

we have no recommendation for that but I would judge this not as critical. The coupling between the reader and the tag is a magnetic coupling. The nearby ground plane will not have an impact to that coupling but can have an impact to the coil parameters, which has to be taken in account when adjusting the resonance frequency of the transponder.
