CC1190: alternative for 433 MHz range

Could you please advise, what the solution can we propose,

if customer needs to implement a base station for 400 MHz frequency range with TX power of 100-200 mWt and RX sensitivity of -150dBm?

Do we have any suggestions here?

-150 dBm sensitivity is very low. Have the customer done any calculations on what they would require of gain in the external LNA to achieve this?

Customer doesn't specify the required gain of LNA.

Instead of this, he discloses he tend to select QORVO (RFMD) if we have no solution for 433 MHz similar to CC1190.

Can we propose any alternative here?

What I asked is "Have the customer done any calculations on what they would require of gain in the external LNA to achieve this? " since I think they will find that -150 dBm is not possible.

Qorvo is probably a good option.
