I assume you mean CC113L (receiver) and CC115L (transmitter). They are both mature products and in mass production .

Sorry about the confusion. The CC11X1-Q1 products are supported by a different group than the CC11X1 products. The CC1131-Q1 and CC1151-Q1 are in mass production and have been for some years already.

A web product folder does not mean parts are orderable or not. TI has several products which are not on the web but in full production. In this case it seems like the product pages for CC1131-Q1 and CC1151-Q1 have been removed unintentionally at one point. Thank you for pointing this out, hopefully the product pages will be on the web again shortly.
