Is there any logic device (AND gate, OR gate, inverter, delay, etc.) with a frequency of MHz and above?

您好，我想使用一些逻辑器件，比如与门、或门、反相器等，来完成一些信号的转换，生成新的逻辑信号。但是输入信号频率较高，达到MHz级别，因此逻辑器件的延时要求也就比较高，不能有过长的上升下降的延时时间。所以想问一下，有没有合适的逻辑芯片？

Are you looking for something like FPGA chip? If so, TI doesn’t have such solution.

您好，不是，就是类似于74系列的逻辑与门、或门等等，但是需要更短的上升下降的延迟时间。

Hi,

Many of our logic devices will be able to handle 1MHz or above. Our logic gates don't have a frequency written in their datasheet but our flip flops do.

One example is the SN74AUC1G74. It can handle up to 275MHz. If you want the AND gate in this family, it would be SN74AUC1G08.
