CC1190: Looking for CC1190+CC1312R Information

Hi team,

My customer is considering using CC1190 with CC1312R. They were previously using CC1312R but the high frequency level barely passed the standard. Which is why they are worried about how the CC1190+CC1312R would work. It will be 920MHz with 250mW.

The questions are,

Is there any material (such like application note) discussing CC1190+CC1312R structure? There is LAUNCHXL-CC13-90 but by reading though the forums on CC1312R vs CC1310, I’m not sure if it can be a reference.
Is there any technical standards compliance(s) that CC1190+CC1312R passed (or failed)?

We have not done measurements with CC1312R + CC1190, this is pending. Since the CC1312R and CC1310 is pin compatible the LAUNCHXL-CC13-90 design can be used as a starting point. Then swap to CC1312R and a 48 MHz xtal. The power table may have to be changed since the PA on CC1312R is slightly different from CC1310.

Could you give more details on which standard and which part of the standard they barely passed with CC1312R standalone?

The standard is ARIB T-108, and the issue was high-level spurious. SAW filter could suppress spurious of higher than 1GHz, but it could not cut ~1000MHz. Especially for approx. 930MHz, the margin for the standard limit was only 1dB...

Are there any documents related to the spurious issue? Tips for dealing with spurious would also be appreciated.
