CC113L: How does MAGN_TARGET works?

Hi,

I don’t know the details of MAGN_TARGET which is one of the AGC control parameters. How does it work, if MAGN_TARGET=3 (33dB) is selected?

Hi Eirik,

Thank you for your reply. Noted that the MAGN_TERGET value controls the signal power level into the demodulator.

For example, if MAGN_TERGET=3 (33dB) is selected, will the demodulator input power be maintained at 33dB as shown in the attached file (How MAGN_TARGET works.pdf)? Furthermore, is the value 33dB the ratio of the antenna input to the demodulator input power?

Hello Sinsan,

It seems to make sense, but I will check with our team for confirmation.

Although when tuning you mainly only need to characterize and verify performance based on a set configuration.
