CC1121: no rssi value

Hello ,

We have a working Radio, but  have two outstanding issues :

1.       We cannot get a RSSI value from the radio. So we cannot indicate if the two products are too far away or not.

2.       Total signal strength is only -1.5dBm. Our requirement is 0dBm. But that is most likely the HW design. We did already a lot in that bus cannot improve.

Can You offer some advice?

    Could you elaborate on both questions? Before forwarding questions please check that the question contain enough information. 

    1) This is just the issue. What have they tried to read the RSSI?

    2) This have no context. How is this measured? Are everything in the path from the DUT to the instrument calibrated? (included the instrument) How many units are tested? Has the HW been reviewed (schematic/ layout) 

    etc
