CCS/CC1310: Best parameters for low symbolrate

Hello everybody! I wan't build modules to industry remote control with 70 channels to use. The parameters who i have now:

RX: channels in step 25khz, symbolrate 4.8kb, deviation 4kz, rx bw 39khz. TX:power 10dbm

with this parameters the range distance is not good, about 70meters.

What I should change to increase the range with actual channel spacing 25khz? These modules may work in the same place even 30 modules in the same place( cranes );

Start with typical settings in SmartRF studio and then export them to your project.

SInce the minimum RX BW is 39 kHz on CC1310 I would look into if using 25 kHz channels will give the wanted performance since you will receive if you send on channel x or channel x + 1 due to the RX BW.

With the config who I write before the cc1310 would not work good without this PATCH? What is the best parameters for 25khz channel spacing for 2.4kbs or 4.8kbs? Tomorow i check the PATCH.

Is it possible to select in smartrf studio 868MHZ-> 2.4kbs,2gfsk,5.1 khz deviation pozition and change frequency to 433MHZ and will be working on 433MHZ?

Hi,

For 433 MHz, under 431 - 527MHz settings you can pick 50kbpps mode and then change RF settings to 2.4kbps and 5.1kHz.

Maciek, your approach should work but you need to modify one override.

// Synth: Set divider bias to disabled (specific for loDivider=10)

You could also start from a 433 MHz setting but then you have to add all the overrides listed in the app note I linked to manually.
