The CC13x2 and CC26x2 devices use standard boundary scan as defined under the IEEE 1149.1 JTAG
standard.
Unfortunately, we do not have any have BSDL files available other than what is referred to in this post:

Hello Siri,
In the post you sent wrote that there is updated file with repaired PIN_MAP_STRING.
Can I get it?
Hello Siri,
Ok. I see.
Sure I can to change the file manually too, but it is very strange for me that the manufacturer (especially TI) does not supply BSDL file for the part that supports IEEE1149.1 standard.
Thank you.
Ok.
what numbers of following pins:
"GPIO0: GPIO0, "&
"DIO4: DIO4, "&
"DIO3: DIO3, "&
"DIO2: DIO2, "&
"DIO1: DIO1, "&
"DIO0: DIO0, "&
I can't find it in the datasheet.
Hi Leonid
I realized that the case is not resolved in the sense that you got what you asked for, but unfortunately I cannot share files that does not exist, so in that case there is not anything else I can do for now.
