So I will replace WL1807MOD TO WL1801MOD.

Then Is it necessary to change HW and SW?

Hi,

From s/w standpoint , you will need to re-configure the target device for WL1801MOD i.e. re-run configure-device.sh script . consult section 4.1 : https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru561a/swru561a.pdf

WiLink8 module variants are pin-pin compatible. I have added h/w expert to the thread to confirm if anything needs to be changed from h/w standpoint.
