Thanks, can you point me to where I can find information about ETSI EN 303 645 compliance? I didn't find it.

This is the new cybersecurity directive for wireless devices. EU customers will have to comply with this going forward to sell in the EU.

"From August 2024, the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED) regulation also includes mandatory cybersecurity for all wireless devices such as cell phones, tablets and smartwatches."

As I understand there is secure boot, but could not currently say if it is compliant with ETSI EN 303 645. I will looking into the issue further and get back to you.

Hi Franz,

It seems that requirements for ETSI EN 303 645 will be mandatory from August 2025. Current proposal European Commission is to postpone deployment due to missing required implementation rules.
