WL1805MOD: Throughput WL1805

Part Number: WL1805MOD
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: WL1835

HI

We use the module with a WiFi access point type N SISO (TPLINK TL-WR702N) configured in AP 11n only 40 MHz - channel 1.
We perform iperf3 tests between 2 Windows computers connected with this access point.
   => The bit rates obtained are: client-> server: ~ 37 MBits / s; server -> client: ~ 40Mbits / s) which allows us to validate our environment.

In the previous manipulation, we replace one of the computers by our product (NXP Vybrid / Linux + Module WL1805).
   => The bit rates obtained are: WL1805 -> AP Wifi: ~ 12 Mbps; server -> client: ~ 40 Mbps).

We never manage to exceed 12Mbps in Iperf transmission with the WL1805 module.

=> Can you say what could limit the transmission rate?
=> How can one know in which mode MCS (processors.wiki.ti.com/.../WL18xx_TX_Testing) is the module at the time of the transmissions, a priori is not reassembled by the driver.

Brief description of our product:
 - NXP Vybrid VF5XX platform + WL1805 module connected by SDIO interface
 - Firmware: FW 8.9.0.0.78
 - Driver: Linux 87016f5eb1a39251f982ae7a6f2843f82307ae47, which roughly corresponds to the TI SDK release 4.9.28
