I'm streaming video to the application on smartphone. when doing so I'm using raspberry zero and external 5ghz wifi. I can transfer the live video without any delay in video transmission. And video quality is 720P or 1080P. Since it is a linux operating system, it takes some time to open the system, which is approximately 15-20 sec.
what I want to do is;
-The system that I use needs to be opened instantly (max 3-7 sec) and transfer the video to the smartphone.
- I want to design my own board instead of using ready board and I want to do it to lower the cost.
- Video quality is 720P(min 480P).
Does Texas Instruments have a development board(can be in CPU and 2.4/5GHZ wifi) or a chip to do this?
İs there someone who can help or what do you recommend?
