CC2652R: Zigbee Router Connection issue with Coordinator

Hi,

i am working zigbee Coordinator with 4 routers. i connected 1st two routers with out any issue.but when i am trying with 3rd or 4th routers. i am not able to join the network. please look at the sniffer log suggest me what will be issue. logcubx.txt

Hi venkatesh,

What SDK and examples are you using, and what modifications exist? I'm assuming the Door Lock/Controller which you've used successfully in the past for connecting more than two routers:

e2e.ti.com/.../747862
e2e.ti.com/.../750540

I notice that the network key is rarely transported after association, have you tried staggering device joins and increasing NWK_MAX_DATABUFS? There are also some devices sending multiple association requests even after receiving an association response and network key.

yes , i am using CC2652R Launchpad as a Coordinator and default value of NWK_MAX_DATABUFS using.

Attached excel sheet have Coordinator and Router configuration. In my Application RFID Rsp are using data transfer. i am using latest vesion of SDK (simplelink_cc26x2_sdk_2_30_00_34)

No, I am getting after changing the configuration. Please look at configuration settings, let me know if i have done any thing wrong

You could be running out of NV memory due to known NVOCTP driver limitations which are being worked on: e2e.ti.com/.../746836

I suggest you decrease MAX_RTG_SRC_ENTRIES and NWK_MAX_BINDING_ENTRIES to start, then disable CONCENTRATOR_ROUTE_CACHE if problems persist. The last suggestion is to disable the concentrator functionality altogether.

Also increase SRC_RTC_EXPIRY_TIME and decrease NWK_ROUTE_AGE_LIMIT for stack preference.

One More Question, i am getting lot of Report attributes and response with door. how i can stop this or decrease frequency of response

Req.maxReortInt has max is 10 Sec only. can i disable the unwanted Default Report Attributes

Hi Ryan,
i have a doubt on Network. Router/node are joining back to network when i do reset. Network details where it will be stored in NVRAM. sometime it's not rejoining properly, i have to do again commissioning to rejoin it. what will be issue

Hi venkatesh,

Make sure none of you reset or startup actions accidentally erase the NV items, for example having LaunchPad BTN-2 pressed down while starting up any SimpleLink v2.30 SDK example will perform a factory reset by default.
