CC2538: How to do the PER test without using smartRF studio and evb?

Hi,

My customer does the Zigbee certification recently. When they test below item, test lab told them they cannot use external board(SmartRF06 Evaluation Board) to control the device.

ETSI EN 301 489-17 V3.2.4 chapter 6.2.2

They need to use UART command from host to start the PER test.

Can I know what Uart command I should use? Do you have reference code for this PER test item?
