CC2630: CC2630:Questions about CC2630 electrostatic protection;

Part Number: CC2630

When using CC2630 do the work card, work card and sweater friction, the lead is affected by ESD, appear the phenomenon of crash, what good method is there?The ESD protection device PESDUC2FD5VB was added on the pin.

  • - I assume that you are not showing the ground layer since it looks like the diodes are not grounded.

    - Are the pins exposed (the user can touch them directly?

    - External ESD protection is a bit outside our core expertise and therefore I would advise you to take contact with a company that do PCB design and are experts on this. The main target is to avoid the ESD pulse to hit the chip and hence you need to deflect and slow the pulse. It could be that you need series resistors in addition.
