1. It depends on your configurations. It should be no problem to support 100.
2. If you use Z-Stack Home, it's possible to support up to 400 which you can refer to www.ti.com/.../swra427c.pdf .
3. It should be no problem.

As the CC2652R has a sufficient amount of Flash/RAM it is capable of supporting 100 nodes assuming an adequate network topology and environment.
