I am using AM3356 as a USB host controller. I need to connect it to Laptop USB, (I thik whch is always USB host) for a specific application.
So How I can connect USB host to host with both host's VBUS are sourcing 5V??

Answer is simple - you can't! Host to Host connection is impossible and has never been a part of the USB specification.
In any USB system there can exist only one Host. The USB specification can be freely downloaded from www.usb.org. I suggest you take some time and study it.

I understood that point. But my quetion is how I can analyse the packets from my host Microprocessor.
My requirement is simple. I need to analyse the packets from my host MPU.
Please advise....
