USB issue on AM3352

AM3352 system connects to PC via USB bus and AM3352 is in client mode. Everything works fine except for the time when it's disconnected. Once the USB cable is removed, PC sees the disconnection immediately, but AM3352 still shows that it remains connected. Could anyone advise what the issue it can be?
