Where can we get complete documentation for the Vivante Corp. GC320 accelerator subsystem that is included on the SOC AM5728 (for the X15)?

In particular it appears like the following are missing from the AM572x (spruhz6d) technical reference manual:

setting-up the Host interface.
documentation for using the Graphics pipeline (commands needed).
drawing and scaling functionality information.
pixel engine commands.

It would be great to have a working Starterware example.

For documentation request, please contact TI directly via your nearest TI representative. As for Starterware, this is supported on a dedicated forum: e2e.ti.com/.../790 You could ask there what is planned.

You suggest contacting my nearest "TI representative". How do I find out who that would be at TI? Or where you pointing me toward where we purchased the chips (i.e. Digikey)?
