Getting stated with Sitara processers

Hi all,

I have used various microcontrollers from MSP430, C2000 and Hercules families. I have bought various development kits from those microcontroller families including launchpads, C2000 experiment kit, control cards, Hercules TMS570 MCU development kit,etc to get familiar with those MCUs. And I have worked with code composer studio, halcogen, controlSuit and Motorware software tools for firmware development. 

Now I want to switch to sitara processes. I am interested in to learn sitara processes and use them to my future works. But simply currently I have zero knowledge regarding sitara processors. 

1) Where should I get start from ?

2) Can I use my C2000, MSP kind of  C programming work experience with these processors or should work with linux or android platform.  

3) What is the best development hardware kit which I can buy to learn sitara processes from scratch (both hardware and firmware learning).
