Hi,

From AM437x data sheet, www.ti.com/.../am4376.pdf Table 5-2. VDD_MPU OPPs(, Running A9 at 1GHz is OPP Nitro, the VDD_MPU needs to be raised to 1.325V.

Then you can adjust the PLLM, PPLD to configure it to 1000MHz. The PLL setting you can refer to GEL file under ccsv7\ccs_base\emulation\boards\idk_am437x\gel\AM43xx_PLLconfig.gel. Currently IDK AM437x EVM runs at OPP100 which is 600MHz.
