Thanks for your reply.

It will be a 18/24 bit parallel RGB and SPI interface. I have attached my preferred LCD datasheet.

Also I had a look in the document http://focus.ti.com/lit/ug/sprufp3/sprufp3.pdf and I found the Raster controller is not supported for TFT LCDs
