[C6655] min/max distance from center of ball to seating plane ?

Hello,

My customer is now checking C6655 Mechanical Data and asking us about the min/max distance from center of ball to seating plane.
It seems it is typical 0.2mm in datasheet.
Do you have any information for that ?

Hello Naoki,

There is no min/max distance available for center of ball to seating plane. The typical value is given as 0.2mm and you can find the min/max distance indirectly by dividing the min/max distance of package edge to seating plane by 2. i.e; min = 0.35/2 and max = 0.45/2.
