Linux/TMS320C6678: Can I run LINUX on the TMS320C6678?

Have a look at the tools & software tab at the product folder:
www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware
You'll see that TMS320C6678 device supports TI RTOS, there is no linux support in the Processor SDK for C667x Processors package.

However, there is some form of linux support on TMS320C6678, see these threads:

But this is a very old kernel (not sure if it is still maintained and supported by TI) and I wouldn't recommend it for new devices. If you want to run linux I'll recommend using the 66AK2H, 66AK2K, 66AK2G or any other TI SoC that has ARM cores in it.
