Bad block table not found for chip 0

Hi all,

Im getting following "Bad block table not found for chip 0" error in dm355evm my board, due to this error im getting more "Bad eraseblock " found in my NAND flash.

i have changed the ecc type in board file from NAND_ECC_HW to NAND_ECC_HW_SYNDROME , then its not coming but it could not creating mtdX and mtdblockX device nodes in filesystem so that i couldnt mount yaffs2 fs in my board,

i have used NAND_ECC_SOFT also ,but the same error,

im using dvsdk3.10 software and kernel version is 2.6.32-rc2.
