single 1.8V supply for all DM8107 or DM385 IO

For DM8107 or DM385, one can select separated values for several IO groups.

We are currently designing with DM8107 (very similar to DM385) and we plan to use a single 1.8V digital supply rail for all the IOs.

We also plan to use a single 1.35V supply rail for all core supplies (nitro mode).

We wonder how this affect the POH ?

Is the 1.8V best for POH or is worst than 3.3V for the IOs ?

If we have all IO rails under 1.8V, could we "skip" the 3.3V step in the recommended power up sequence ? (because the only remaining 3.3V supply only affects USB part)
