[DM388] Power dashboard issue about DDR3.

Hi Ti:

We have seen dm385 power dashboard below.

Just a question for it.

Does this power dashboard has include DDR power consumption or DDR controller only?

In deep sleep mode, EMIF_0 is 15mW only.

DVDD_DDR becomes 0mW in deep sleep mode.

But DDR need to stay in self refresh mode.

We don't understand why DVDD_DDR can  become 0mA in deep sleep mode.

    The DM38x device really do not have any power consumption from DVDD_DDR power rail in deep sleep mode. EMIF_0 15mW are coming from CVDD power rail.

    But keep in mind that DDR memory chips have their own power consumption in self-refresh mode. This consumption will be added to DVDD_DDR and you have to check for this consumption in DDR memory chip datasheet.
