Did the DSP core inside DM3730 can use external pins directly?

Hi,

    I am working on DM3730, the ARM and DSP Multi-core processors。I need using the DSP core do some data processing . If the DSP core can use the external Pins that we can reduce much work。So what can i do?

If it can not to be used like that, I have another question.  Does the Pin  that had marked as CLK can  receive a clock signal? I am not mean the special clks for LCD and Camera.
