Hi All,

I'm working customized DM385 platform..,

I'm using v4l2 camera for capturing and recording.., Now I want to flip the image

I tried to implement ioctl system call to implement.. But I got error value . I think camera sensor doesn't have the support !!!

How to Filp ( horizontal ) the image ???

Hi,

You can flip the output of the Resizer in horizontal or/and vertical directions by setting the 'HRVA' and 'HRVB' fields of 'RSZ_SEQ' register.

There is an API available in the ISS driver package namely 'rsz_cfg_flip()' for flip configuration.

How to Filp the image taking from A8 side ??? I'm using v4l2 camera @ 10fps

Is it possible to use tiled memory ( taking buffers from A8 side )? or

Any other possibility to implement ?

Hi,

Yes, you can use Tiled memory for flipping.

I am not familiar with the V4L2 drivers pl. check how to use Tiled memories and enable flipping.
