Hi.
I made a custom dm816x board.
My sata hdd failed to recongnize.
I tested 3 hdd, and 2 hdd is OK. But, only 1 hdd works at 1.5GBps or fail to recognise.
Also, I tested with several cables. And only with 1 cable, HDD works normally.
This is my test result.
1. Samsung ST1000LM024 Rev.A (1 TBytes ) --> OK
2. Hitachi HTS545050B9A300 ( 500 GBytes) --> OK
3. Samsung ST1000LM0024 Rev.C ( 1 TBytes ) --> 1.5GBps or Fail. (Recognised 3.0 GBps only when using a specific cable)
This is kernel boot log when linked up 1.5GBps.
