TMS320DM6435 - internal hardware exception caused by instruction fetch, IXF=1, HWE=1, IFX=1

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320DM6435

Hi,
I'm working with a TMS320DM6435 where an exception occurs. My task is to debug errors which occur on retoured camera sensors from the customer. This sensor serie already runs a few years so this error should not be located in a invalid program code.

Here the description of the exception:
The exception occurs when switching off the sensor and then switching the sensor on again after a delay of more than approx 1second. If the delay is less than approx 1second then no exception occurs. I clarified the exception as an "internal hardware exception caused by instruction fetch". The registers and SYS_abort-info are stored when occuring this exception and they are as following:
Message of sys_abort() = “Run-time exception detected, aborting…"
Registers: IXF(EFR)=1, HWE(NTSR)=1, IFX(IERR)=1, NTSR=0x0001020D, IERR=0x00000001, EFR=0x00000002, NRP=0x00000000 --> internal hardware exception caused by instruction fetch

Now I have a few questions:
- How can I solve this failure? ...is it ever possible to solve it?
- Where is the origin of this error?
- Is it possible that the DSP has an internal defect (change the DSP is necesarry)?
- ...all additional info is welcome....

 ...thanks a lot in advance.

Best regards,

Thomas
