Hello, i have EVM tms320dm6446, when i try to connect it with JTAG Emulator DS XDS560R + CCS 3.3 , CCS shows message:

This error was generated by TI's USCIF driver.
SC_ERR_DEVICE_ITEM_BAD <-466>
In the configure file a device name=value has a bad name or value.
This message is showed for every CPU.
I used settings from http://c6000.spectrumdigital.com/davincievm/revd/files/DaVinciEVM_FAQ.html#MSP430_GPIO_Pins
What error is it? How can i repair it? Please, advice me, im new in CCS
