Hello,
What is the difference between TMS320DM6435ZWT6 and TMS320DM6435ZWT5?

Havent found any information about this in datasheet and errata.

As i saw, TMS320DM6435ZWT6 has status NRND
TMS320DM6435ZWT5 status is Catalog

Can we use TMS320DM6435ZWT6 for our design at first(pilot) and then replace it with TMS320DM6435ZWT5 later?

Please refer section 2.8 Device and Development-Support Tool Nomenclature in device datasheet to know the description of each legend in the part number.

The ZWT6 refers to ZWT package with device speed of 600MHz in commercial grade. The ZWT5 refers to ZWT package with device speed of 500MHz in commercial grade.

Yes, you can use TMS320DM6435ZWT6 for your design at first(pilot) and then replace it with TMS320DM6435ZWT5 later.
