Is there a C64x JPEG encoder that supports RGB format? Found C64x JPEG encoder 02_00_01_00 on http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/codecs/C64XPlus_Video/index_FDS.html. But the document said that RGB color format (XDM_RGB) is NOT supported.
