Hi people,
After some problems configuring SPI0 on an OMAPL137 to comunicate with a gyroscope, now I want to use SPI1 to comunicate with an accelerometer.
I read the datasheets OMAP-L137 general description (SPRS563A), the SPI User Guide (SPRUFM4C) and the BIOSPSP User Guide and I can't find nothing.
Someone can help me?
Hi,
The registers for SPI0 and SPI1 have a different addresses. So you need not configure the registers for SPI1 instead of SPI0.
Are you using the PSP examples we provide?
If yes, to tell the driver to use spi1, you can go to the tcf file and change the device ID of the driver from 0 to 1:
This is from the driver's perspective, you need to look at your application and see if there are references to the SPI0 and adapt them to spi1 as well.
