I don't think, there is training/workshop for DSK6713 but you can download all collaterals and software resources from the below for DSK6713:

You could downlaod the BSL sample test example codes, TRM, QSG etc. from the above link

To import a sample project in CCS on DSK6713 board, you could walkthrough the below wiki:
