LCDK development Kit

We have purchase C6748 LCDK development Kit . When i connect the development kit with the computer using Virtual Com (COM) port and run the Tera Team for the facedetect demo program. Only Black screen appear. No any message coming from the development board for the selection of the fingerprint and facedetect selection not appear.

Kindly give suggestion to rectify the above problem.

Hi Kirtan,

I suggest you as the first step to check the settings of the Tera Term program on your PC. The settings which you should set are baud rate 115200, date 8-bit, parity none, stop 1 bit and Flow control none. Also check whether using the proper COM port.
